Comment	The /prod_ft qualifier are used to store annotation on protein sequence. They follow the FT line definition of UniProt database. Currently defined keys are: Prod_ft Keys Definition chain Extent of a polypeptide chain in the mature protein. domain Extent of a domain of interest in the sequence. init_met Initiator methionine. model3d Calculated 3d model. (link on 3d viewer - Jmol) site Any other interesting site on the sequence. transmem Extent of a transmembrane region.
